May 12, 2010 7:01 pm @stu - I believe he was refering to Time Masters: Vanishing Point coming out in July.  Superman, GL Hal Jordan, Booster Gold and Rip Hunter.  I'm looking forward to that.
May 12, 2010 6:57 pm What a complete 180 from last issue and the Jurgens Booster I have grown to love.  I don't think I really liked this issue actually, might have to drop it.  I'm disappointed.

The art is beautiful in this book.  I was wondering throughout how Bruce was going to jump to the next time period, and I gotta say I'm intrigued to see what the fuck that is on the last page.  I'm glad the cave people were able to speak to each other and not just grunt to one another.

May 11, 2010 5:47 pm This book is just fine.  If it doesn't make your cut, read something else.
May 11, 2010 5:46 pm @skeets - Obviously my man, but more specifically with Booster.  Any word on the two books running parallel storylines?  Because it seems as though Michael Carter is heading back in time to rescue Bruce Wayne at this point.  Generation Lost seems like a completely different reality or something.
May 10, 2010 7:35 pm I haven't read 52 yet either, but I jumped on with the first 6 issues by Johns and that was fantastic.  I recommend the "52 Pick-Up" trade to any DC Comics fan, especially issue/chapter #4.  This series continues to be enjoyable and things are looking up.  Do you think I'll be missing anything by not reading Justice League: Generation Lost?

@Simmons - Accoding to the Image site, this issue I believe.  Next month's issue says it has the second installment.

I think I'm done with this book for now though.  It's not holding my interest anymore and I want to read other things instead.  Sorry Savage Dragon, maybe we'll see you down the road...

May 10, 2010 7:25 pm @edward @DarthDuck - I know what you guys are saying.  Manapul's art serves it's purpose, especially in the action sequences, but other than that, is it really that original?  I do like it, I guess, but maybe it's the coloring or final rendering that gives it it's signature look.
May 4, 2010 8:18 pm Actually, WONK "looked" great.  I really dug Pete Woods on the art side of things.  The story was ok, but the last issue cliff hanger was very unsatisfying.
May 4, 2010 5:53 pm I'm reading it right now and it's fantastic.  It has tons of Superman lore, but is also very accessible.
