November 9, 2012 10:29 pm Thanks to those who enjoyed my daughter as Princess Batman. My wife really wanted her to be a Disney Princess of some sort but Tori kept pointing at the Batman costume (that's my girl!!)....so we compromised. 2 hours, a pink tutu and a ton of glued on sparkly things later and Princess Batman was born. I even taught her to say "I'm Batman" in a gravelly voice.
May 7, 2012 10:16 am Right about the 11 minute mark, just as the Destroyer is blasting the Frost Giants in the trophy room.
May 7, 2012 10:10 am Hey guys. Love the podcast, and was amazed by Avengers. The Infinity Gauntlet was not completely cut out of Thor, it does appear for a few frames, I believe when the Frost Giants break in to steal the Cask of Whatever in the beginning. You have to pause it on the BluRay but it it clearly in the background. At my viewing of Avengers, about half of the theater stood up and cheered at the mid-credits sequence..can't wait to see where they go with that.
March 8, 2012 10:40 pm Nemesis is absolutely hilarious. The book is pretty decent, but without Nemesis I wouldn't be continuing with it.
January 24, 2012 9:25 am It's funny because I loved Last Days of American Crime but I just can't get into his superhero work.
January 24, 2012 9:23 am Exactly. I do go mostly for story, but if the art is poor it takes away from the enjoyment. I agree with you about Travel Foreman too, I love Animal Man and get that it's a style choice.....but surely there was someone else.
January 20, 2012 8:35 am ...and one more thing. Even with the poor art, this is still the best X-Men book out there. I'm mostly a DC guy annd try to get into X-Men every so often, but this book finally hooked me in.
June 9, 2011 9:25 am Winnick did a fantastic job on Power Girl, Generation Lost and his Red Hood run on Batman.  I get the feeling that he had little to do with the script on this issue.  If he did, then that is a shocking drop in writing quality.

It is fun to meet the creators (most of them, anyway).  Tyler Kirkham was a blast to talk to as well as Robert Atkins, Ryan Dunlavey and the always lovely Gail Simone.

November 15, 2010 6:17 pm I have been loving this book since the start.  Great read!
