Some of referred to this run by Millar and Hitch as merely Ultimates-lite but the truth is quite different. In…

I have noticed a real divide on the ending though, with the modern day stuff. What's everyone else feeling on it? I didn't mind it myself.
June 30, 2011 4:05 pm @TheNextChampion  In regard to your amazing talent comment...Malkovich has been in plenty of awful big-budget movies in the past; getting him to show up is no shock. McDormand's more of a shocker to me.
June 30, 2011 3:56 pm Hated it myself and wrote about for the site I work for.

This series has never done much for me though, so keep that in mind I suppose.
June 17, 2011 4:38 pm Quick question to everyone based on the Babs piece; do you want/care if Barbara Gordon in the new DC universe is basically a girl in her early 20s again, or do you prefer her to be older? I know that sounds dumb possibly, but that time between is so non-exisitent to me as a fan. There are the Batgirl Year One kind of stories or her as Oracle, and I've read  very little of the in between.
    June 17, 2011 4:23 pm @msarsur  I'd say on par with Daredevil. That's a bad thing.
June 15, 2011 6:55 pm Just got out of Green Lantern; it's really bad. Deathly dull, poorly done action set-pieces and the effects resemble Mortal Kombat on Genesis.
June 13, 2011 3:45 pm Yes!! This was awesome and I lost my original copies of this years ago.
June 10, 2011 8:10 pm I think the much of the conundrum here comes from, "They can change the characters I don't like all they want, just as long as they leave alone those I do like."
June 10, 2011 7:25 pm @aloyasha2011 - Loved Final Crisis and RIP myself. Pretty sure Marvel's had their own stunts too; some work and others don't.

As for the books you like, which I do too, not a ton of people buy them. They sell okay, but aren't huge. Perhaps they'll come back in some form in the near future and I'd imagine they will.

I count 16 books I'd be willing to try at least one issue of. Is it odd that I'm less interested in what's coming here, then to see how it evolves a year down the road?
