All great covers, can't wait to read this new event.  I would agree that Wolverine might be conducting some child abuse but Daken might need a good beat down.

Reprint: iFanboy - Episode #59 - Super Cities

On Sep 23, 2009 3:00 AM

Looked like a fun episode to make.  Too bad you didn't point out where you think Avengers Tower or the Baxter Building might be. I don't think Bendis will be using his address in a comic anytime soon. He lives in a boring old neighborhood in Portland, OR and we know Marvel doesn't do much West Coast action except in Cali.

You suspend belief for everything else in the Marvel Universe (Professor X worst leader ever) and yet you pick on a coolest part of the Deadpool cover. When is the last time you saw Daredevil and The Punisher at each other's throats? Not reading War of Kings currently but the Black Bolt cover i...

'Star Trek: Countdown' - A Review

On May 21, 2009 9:00 AM

I read the individual issues when they came out and thought they worked fine before the movie.  I think the major thing the series showcased was that Nero as a character really needed more back story for people who only watched the movie. The mind meld scene just wasn't dramatic enough to give Nero enough presence as a bad guy and he seemed a bit wooden. If the movie audience knew that he ...

Captain Britain and the MI:13 ends with Issue #15

On May 19, 2009 11:26 AM

Oh no!  Can't believe this is coming to an end!  Blade was becoming cooler and had lot more depth than just a vampire killing machine. Hopefully we'll see Blade in another title! Paul Cornell has been a great writer for this book and look forward to seeing the next thing he works on.
