September 22, 2011 9:12 pm great pick & review, josh, thanks for it. one thing i'll say about the new 52 too is that with the e-versions same day as print, this is the first time i've ever been read-up with you guys for the picks. it's a new level of fun so i owe you, conor, & ron (and DC) a new level of thanks for what you do.
November 15, 2010 2:10 pm wow, paul, how did you manage to capture my speaking voice so exactly from just a single contraction in an e-mail? 'almost spit my mint julep across my sittin' porch, over my bloodhound belvadere, and into the face of my cousin-daddy, cletus. i'd a never heared the end o' that'n. :)
    September 8, 2010 10:29 pm great episode, guys--thanks & happy 250th!

just got my iphone & very impressed y'all were several steps ahead--great job & thank you.

one thing if it helps anyone else, the site defaulted to the m.* on first phone-visit; i clicked Standard View figuring i could toggle back with a Mobile View button or something, but then had to type in the m.* URL to get back to it; then it held, held my login, etc. just great, but FYI in case anyone else that minor confusion. awesome job, again.

May 10, 2010 1:39 pm i'd give Iron Man 1 an A, but sadly this one a C-. best part was his finding & building the element--dramatic, wildly interesting, crucial to the story, and nicely executed--which was given about 10 minutes, if that; the (painful) party scenes were longer... way longer. kindof sums it up for me, i'm afraid.
March 14, 2010 10:13 am hey guys, i've never heard it explained why comics don't follow the lettering rule that lower- & Mixed-Case, serif fonts have greater readability. is it because the font-design elements that make that so (the swoops & turns & connectors that help your eye flow from one word to the next) actually compete with the art and other visual information on a comics page, making ALL CAPS the preferred or better choice? (if so, i can understand that, but sometimes i still find it hard reading, in the wordier comics, and wish for some lowercase!) thanks, and great show as always! -john
