January 8, 2011 11:21 am I like the suggestion of sending Moore comics of great stories by today's writers. However,  I think it is likely he wouldn't give them the time of day. But wouldn't it be something to hear his feedback on them? I mean, what if he actually read a few? But he more than likely would set them ablaze with his magic wand, put on his wizard's hat and go visit Frodo.
May 10, 2010 5:23 pm As someone who grew up not knowing who Frank was, I was however fascinated by his art. So many classic pieces. His creations are so realistic and beautifully dangerous that they're impossible to ignore. And once I discovered their author I became even more impressed. Such an interesting creator. He will be missed.

I wasn't sure about this when I bought it. Then I remembered that it was X-Force and Jason Aaron was involved, and everything was right with the world. I thought Palo's art in the first story was awesome. Who doesn't like a nice stylized splatter-fest. Wolverine looked like one bada$$ MoFo. Huston did a pretty good job as well. Although, I thought some of his lines he had Logan saying were a little off. And I liked Aaron's story. He was right at home there. Change the characters and this could have been a Scalped annual or one shot. I haven't finished my books for this week yet, but this one is right up there.

June 12, 2008 9:48 pm This book could, and should be kickass. But it's not. I didn't read Count Down, but I did read 52 and I thought it was okay. I don't know what you guys think, but Marvel has it right with Amazing Spider-Man. Maybe it's because there are so many characters that DC tries to squeeze into their weeklies that it bogs down what could be fun and exciting story. I don't know. All I'm saying is that ASM is the best weekly out right now.
June 8, 2008 6:03 pm That was such a treat to watch. Thanks for continuing the kick-assedness of your podcasting. Right on.
