THE SUPERIOR SPIDER-MAN #9
May 1, 2013 2:07 pm Perfect review IMHO. I think you summed up exactly how many of us feel. Hope it does not drag too long though. I can see getting fed up by issue 15 or so

ULTIMATE COMICS SPIDER-MAN #22
April 25, 2013 6:31 pm I dropped this at the beginning of the Venom arc. Safe to say I rushed out today at lunch and picked up these 4 issues. Dang now Miles is Spider-Man.

STAR WARS #4
April 10, 2013 12:30 pm @cskilpatrick. the first pull was almost 1000 by issue 4 we are standing @ 638. it's a 30% drop off in 4 issues. That is alot more drops than the really good titles out there.
Yes it does describe almost ever comic book. That is my point this is like almost every other comic book out there.
Maybe I'm was not as clear as I thought on my original post.
I m starting to think some people just want to argue when there was no real point in arguing..

STAR WARS #4
April 10, 2013 8:03 am I don't disagree with any of your points. @cskilpatrick. Ross does many covers, but how many have the draw of a Star Wars book. I don't think anyone would pull this simply for the covers, but the solicitation was pushed harder than any other SW book with the Ross covers, and Woods story, that and the classic SW universe made this a high pull on the 1st issue. If I recall correctly the pull #s on this have gone down with each release. That's not a knock on the work. As I stated I liked the 1st 3 issues, however this is not anything speacial IMO. By all means read this book and enjoy it. It just has the potential to fade into the bunch of "fun, but not speacial" comics that are predominate from all publishers. Agree completely with @BCDX97 we got we wanted so far on this run. If that is what you wanted then I'm happy for you all, but toif you are trying to tell me that this is a superb title right now then I would have to disagree. There are many titles that I would list higher on my pull list. Again not trying upset the masses, but lets really call a spade a spade. Good fun book, without any chance of lasting for 100 issues even if it wasnt for the DH, MARVEL future up in the air.

STAR WARS #4
April 9, 2013 4:21 pm Also agree. Seems like this started with lots of press, but will quickly dwindle into the Star Wars comics abyss. If it was not for the Ross covers this would not have been as big of a pull as it has been. Don't get me wrong, I liked the 1st three issues very much, but without a Wow moment soon( as sitara119 said ) this will quickly fade away....
