April 14, 2009 1:52 pm Why has this been changed into a gritty drama book? The tone has changed completely from the early issues and it just isn't fun any more. I love Ollie and Dinah but if it continues I'm dropping this.

Great review man. This pretty much sums up my views on this issue. It is just such a huge leap for Osbourne to suddenly be put in charge, there is no sense to it whatever.

I'm afraid this was just bad writing and confirms my suspicion that Bendis is turning into Jeph Loeb. He's even got Thor theeing and thouing for no reason as Loeb did in ultimates.

I'll keep reading Powers though.

I suspect if you read all the issues together it would be even worse. Insipid is a very good description of this garbage. I have to give Loeb credit though, every time I think he can't get any worse he manages to surpass himself.

Please somebody stop him...
