DUNGEONS AND DRAGONS #13
November 24, 2011 12:36 am So glad the regular artist is back and did the entire issue and not the mess of two or three artists doing a few pages each. Things have been off for me since the Feywild issues.

CATWOMAN #3
November 17, 2011 4:39 pm I am so glad I gave this series a chance. It's currently my second favorite "batbook". This is my first ever time reading anything with Catwoman and I am so invested in her character. The art is just beautiful and the action scenes are just great. This was a five star book for me. If not for Snyder's Batman being out this week, this would have been the POW easily.

Enough About the Cover Price, Already
November 14, 2011 12:35 pm Well said Jim and the library is my favorite place too. I got to read Long Halloween, Year One, Dark Knight Returns, and Runaways v1, 2, & 3, Superman Brainiac all in the last month and it cost me........ well, drawing the line at 0.00!

PREVIEW: Daredevil #6
November 7, 2011 1:27 pm I find myself drawn more to the legal proceeding of this book more so than to the actual fighting. The art is top notch and an TNC said, this book has yet to disappoint.

The Comic Book Pirate Interviews, Part II
October 17, 2011 5:36 pm "Blame Marvel and DC for that, also trades are pretty rare when it comes to pirated books too."
Why scan the trade when the single issues are already done. You will find however, where scanners will scan the add on pages and release that part.

The Comic Book Pirate Interviews, Part II
October 17, 2011 5:32 pm I agree irrg. I'm guessing Scanbug wears a tin foil hat to keep the government from stealing his thoughts.

The Best of the Week in Covers – 10.12.2011
October 14, 2011 11:55 am I like them all. The Pigs one is my favorite. It almost seems at home as a Captain America cover.

Tomorrow’s Comics Are by the Numbers
October 12, 2011 12:18 am @Walter
If anything, the digital version is more true to what the artist and colorist had in mind than what is on paper. I believe I remember an interview with JH Williams when he was working with Ruka and he was complaining that what he saw on his screen just wouldn't translate correctly to paper.
Everyone will have their preferences. I am a creature that lives in a clutter free environment. I don't worry about CD towers, long boxes, or storing dusty old books on a book shelf (Absolutes and Omni's not included).

Mark Millar Says He Makes Comic Books First and Foremost
October 12, 2011 12:07 am @iroberts007
I love your passion. I should have really made my first point more clear. I love Mark's work on the early Ultimate line. Ultimates 1 & 2 are some of my favorite stories. I loved Old Man Logan and most of his run on FF. I loved Wanted until issue 6, then it kinda fell apart for me. But lately, I just can't get into what he's working on anymore. It's not that his skill in comic making has decreased, it's more that his current projects aren't my thing. What he's currently writing isn't what I am wanting in a book.
I'm glad we all got this worked out and I kinda agree with you, this could have turned into an all out flame war on many different places. Thank you iFanbase, any thing less would be uncivilized.

Tomorrow’s Comics Are by the Numbers
October 11, 2011 3:18 pm For me, the digital comics allow me to keep up and read the comics as they come out for the first time. I've always been a month or more behind everyone. Now that I can get all my books with a few clicks and have them read before the iFanboys talk about them on Sunday. Last month was the first time I've actually been able to agree or disagree with their views on a comic the same week the book came out and I for one am excited for it. I'll still get the trades or omnis/absolutes of my more favorites in the end though.
