August 4, 2012 1:45 pm I think Mieville is doing an excellent job building this story - the plotting and pacing. The art really meshes with the story too - placing plot points in art alone - with no textual explanation. Overall reminds me of what I like best about a Grant Morrison story - trusting the reader to pay attention and figure out whats going on. Subtle, moody, full of ideas. If you enjoy China Mieville' novels, you'll probably like this comic. Great book.
