May 24, 2012 12:11 am Too bad the issue isn't actually about any of that. But it was still a pretty great issue.
May 22, 2012 4:00 pm Nocturne is gay. She hooked up with alternate universe Mary Jane (Spider-Woman) for a while, but she was forced to leave that reality after a while. Is Nocturne still in the 616 universe these days?
May 22, 2012 3:49 pm Other great science fiction comics currnetly being publishes: RASL (concluding soon) Spaceman Saucer Country Manhattan Projects Resident Alien Higher Earth Mind MGMT Upcoming Science Fiction comics: Hypernaturals Collider Planetoid The Massive And more I'm probably forgetting. Just so much sci-fi these days. Its wonderful.
May 22, 2012 3:14 pm Negation was one of the fines sci-fi action books of all time. RIP Crossgen. And all their wonderful not-super-hero titles. WHY DID MARVEL HAVE TO SCREW UP THE REVIVAL SO BAD?!
May 22, 2012 3:11 pm The Science Fiction resurgence has been really rocking my world lately. Its a great time to be a fan of comics and Science Fiction. PS: Are you a Science Fiction fan? Read 2000 AD. Full. Stop.
May 22, 2012 3:09 pm Is that Beast of Burden one-shot just a collection of the DHP stories that ran a few months ago? I'm mildly interested in that Fear Agent HC. But I recall I started reading the title when it was new and it didn't do anything for me. So... probably won't preorder it. Dark Horse Presents is looking hot as always!
May 22, 2012 12:21 am Dark Horse publishes a LOT that isn't 'Hellboy' every week. Like... a lot a lot.
May 21, 2012 3:03 pm That Powers arc pretty much killed any interest I had in the title. It was so... stupid.
May 19, 2012 5:21 pm Personally, while I too was taken by the immediate 'Prophet' comparison, the more I think about it (and more issues of Prophet come out), the more Planetoid's world style reminds me more of BLAME! instead. But that's okay, cause the world has lots of room for completely bonkers science fiction worlds/stories.
May 19, 2012 3:17 pm Not that similar at all.
