I must preface this by saying I’m not a regular reader of this book. I bought the first few issues,…

May 19, 2011 12:20 pm Wow, I can't believe David Hasselhoff's Nick Fury isn't on this list.  And of course I'm kidding, but for some reason, that image popped into my head when I saw this headline.
May 11, 2011 3:59 pm 22 pages isn't a whole lot for 3 bucks, you're right Jason.  I'd love to see the bigger publishers consolodate a family of books (Unc. X-Men, Wolverine, X-Force for example) and publish their current month's stories into one big issue ala Shonen Jump or other similar manga anthologies and price it at $6.99. Bulk printing these stories into a format like this could be a little more cost effective on their end, meaning more bang for our buck on ours.  And a book that big and heavy with all of that wonderful content might feel more worth the money when it's in someone's hands.
    May 11, 2011 3:27 pm @usagi it's a sign of distress, i.e. Alpha Flight to the rescue!!
April 23, 2011 10:52 am For some reason, the way he draws Squirrel Girl's tail turns me on...
February 8, 2011 10:47 pm Those Breitweiser pages look awesome.  His work seems so much more laid back and natural.  Definitely meant to draw a Cap book.
January 21, 2011 5:57 pm This image really looks computer generated to me.  Could it be that this isn't a "photo" after all, but some sort of effects test, trying to get spidey's movements right?
October 4, 2010 6:28 pm I can't wait to see Superman in a codpiece.   And his giant blue penis.

Heinberg's Wolvie didn't bother me.  I did feel that the whole sequence with Quicksilver throwing the posts leading up to the big reveal was a bit awkward tho.

Besides that, this book was very good.  Hold this issue up to the Black Knight one shot that Cheung drew way back in the day and just marvel at how his art just got SO MUCH BETTER without losing his very distinctive style.  Amazing.

November 21, 2009 1:45 am Not a huge Smallville fan by any means, but I can't WAIT to see this... =D
