November 19, 2012 12:27 pm Also, I think it's very smart how they divided the personas of the comic Governor into two characters. The Governor being "The face" and Merle being the psycho killer with amputations. Good way to sell the characters to a T.V audience.

June 13, 2012 1:09 am Loved the intro. It would've been awesome if the movie resonated stylistically with it a little more. Crazier animation choices I mean. But i'm pretty happy with it and to see that they are taking risks even if it's in the credits and some of the writing. The elite was edgier than I expected for animated characters. Did anyone else got a little kingdom come vibe from it. This was awesome. can't wait for the next one.
June 2, 2012 3:40 pm I think obsidian is going to play some sort of role. The quote" Why are you lurking in the shadows" is too conveniently placed there!
May 22, 2012 3:10 pm It's cool that you can be an actual Marvel Character. But what happens if everybody wants to be Iron man?
April 5, 2012 2:50 pm Romita is a master, and I know this is all a matter of taste. But I find exaggerated the remark that this is his best work since Kick Ass 1. This actually felt very rushed. Hope and Emma's face seemed like they were drawn by an entire different artist. I think he has superior work in his avengers run with Bendis. For example http://theheroicage.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/07/Avengers-04-Thor-Galactus.jpg Immonen on the other side was at the top of his game. Overall I didn't feel very excited about the story. nothing really happened that we weren't hinted or blatantly told by other comics before. Let's hope it gets more exciting in the following issues.
March 22, 2012 1:53 pm Not like this! NOT LIKE THIS!
February 18, 2012 1:19 am Wasn't Robbi Rodriguez going to take over on art duties? I respect McKone but he is a very normal penciller for what I've grown to expect of this book.
November 6, 2011 6:00 pm Great work John. I've read that the great journalist is not the one to ask a tough question, but the one that demands a follow up. This was a great interview that lead to some revealing insights and responses from Fraction on the Fear Itself thing. Keep on the good work.
November 4, 2011 1:21 am I would like everybody to start waiting a month for their comics. Then "one month later" would become the actual continuity and booster gold would be the only one aware of it.
