November 11, 2011 4:19 pm Tough message, Josh, but good for all of us to hear, I think. Hard work is definitely required...but also some perspective. You can't really get that from your family or friends. You need people who know what they're talking about AND will tell you the truth about your work. That's not an easy combination to find.
