Unique story, not typical of Brubaker’s usual espionage vibe. I’m interested to see how the story plays out. McNiven is…

November 16, 2011 9:35 pm Sorry for the mistakes guys-- Supposed to say "Justice League title" in the first sentence and "stoked at the cameo" near the end of the review. It's been a long day!
June 22, 2011 2:14 pm Whats the point of polybagging it when they gave away the end pages to the news outlets!
June 2, 2011 1:06 am @Firevine, this review was far more entertaining than the actual issue.
May 25, 2011 12:01 pm Hmmm, anthony mackie is a good choice, personally i'd been hoping Idris Elba would be Blade with a Clint Eastwood Whistler...
March 10, 2011 4:41 pm I really really hope that we get to see some sort of Digital Oracle or Barbara Gordon Batgirl in this issue...plz, Mr. Morrison!
February 16, 2011 6:05 pm I agree with Slockhart, decompression issue needed. The balls been rolling full speed since before Blackest Night. Sinestro Corps War was fantastic cuz Johns really built up the anticipation, whereas here, I feel like the different post Blackest Night threads havent really simmered long enough for a Green Lantern Civil War. Maybe a Hal Jordan issue would help put the status quo in perspective.
February 16, 2011 5:55 pm I agree with Zeppo. Shouldn't this have been like Venom 0.1 or something?
February 16, 2011 5:53 pm I agree with the remark that this felt rushed. I definitely think that the whole Aquaman/Aquawar story could've used at least two more issues worth of story. However, I did enjoy the issue throroughly and have no doubt that Brightest Day will read great in collected format. If nothing else, it proved that Aquaman deserves his own ongoing.
February 3, 2011 10:50 am I'd like to see:
 Perry White - Alec Baldwin
 Lois Lane - Rachel McAdams
Lex Luthor - Billy Zane
November 13, 2010 4:23 am anyone else think that the new female football coach (the beast) from glee would be a crazy awesome granny goodness?
