February 6, 2013 12:20 am God I wish DC had the extra heavy balls to do that. I would take it a step further and follow the Dark Horse numbering scheme and every new storyline was a new #1 or a one shot if that's all they had. Keep from having crap comics come out just because they need an issue of Green Arrow out monthly.
