May 4, 2012 8:49 am I get what you are saying with 3, but in that movie Sandman was tied into it AFTER major things were already revealed in the 1st movie. This is a total re-begining, so if they want to tie in the Lizard, that's fine, it doesn't contradict what's already come before.

May 3, 2012 9:27 pm This movie is so much "Spider-Man Begins". Starting over with a new cast and a not so obvious director. Picking a villain often talked about for a 4th movie but ends up in the reboot. Not as much "Buzz" around it going into the summer. The similarities are many.

May 2, 2012 1:19 pm Really? Your comics are more important that someone's life? Doesn't matter how it happened or who is at fault, someone is dead and you'll have to wait a week to get your funnybooks. Maybe in that week you can find your priorities.

May 1, 2012 7:11 pm I felt going in that Bane is not that interesting of a character, I've never really liked him in the comics and I liked him in the cartoon even less. This however, they've created something, from at least the trailer, so much more interesting and nuanced. I cannot wait for this movie. Besides Prometheus, The Amazing Spider-Man and G.I. Joe Retaliation, this might be the best summer yet.

April 25, 2012 8:22 am This is a great article Jim, maybe one of your best! I would say more on it, but so many have said so much, and I have to admit, probably way better than I could. However, I just have to say, I face the moral quandary of the "homophobic chicken sandwich" more than I care to admit. They're just so good. Damn!

April 24, 2012 8:11 pm It's a TellTale game. If you played the Back to the Future game then you have a bit of an idea. It's ALL cutscenes where you make decisions. It can be kind of fun in an interactive storybook way, but those looking for a realistic video game shooter with action, you'll be VERY disappointed.

April 8, 2012 12:30 am If 6 six months ago someone would have told me that when Swamp Thing shows up he'd have wings and antlers, I would have just laughed, but now I'm in awe. I love it.
