July 30, 2013 12:56 pm The one thats rekindling EVERYTHING i love in comics right now is East of West. The world building is phenomenal. it truly feels lived in and vibrant, which might seem strange to call a world on the verge of apocalypse. Every character seems intricately designed, with an accompanying voice that is distinct and its obvious Hickman "lives" with these people all the time. Dragottas layouts and storytelling is just phenomenal as well...if the 18 panel page in #4 doesnt get your blood pumping...i wonder if blood flows through your veins at all.

July 9, 2013 2:03 pm That is seriously disappointing. Not that Kindt isnt great, but I was finally interested in where Suicide Squad was going for the first time since the middle of the first arc. I cant wait for Zero!

July 2, 2013 2:50 pm Yeah I'm seeing some Sean Gordon Murphy and some Matteo Scalera influences in there, two artists that are must-see in my opinion, so I cant wait to dig into Jacinto's stuff.

June 18, 2013 2:44 pm I absolutely loved "The End Times", and cant wait for his next project. I likewise would not be surprised to see him gearing up for a long term creator owned work a la Guillory. I was pleasantly surprised to see him nab the nom for the Manning, its well deserved. Thanks for snagging some of his illustration work...that was all brand new to my eyes and really shows a lot of range.

April 16, 2013 4:27 pm She will definitely get the nod next year, I'm sure of it. She's killing it in every one of her titles right now. I think a lot of her stuff has simply been too recent to make an impression for last year.

April 16, 2013 4:24 pm Daredevil was the belle of the ball last year, I think they felt it had most of its due, though Samnee is a strong contender in his category and all fans of the book should be thrilled he is getting the recognition he deserves. The story wasnt quite as compelling as year one imo.

Someone new to the site wouldnt at all know that you're actually a Remender fan and simply "poking a little bit of fun". Considering there's 0 other context that new reader would have to take your words at face value as you're doing with jxc.
