April 19, 2012 12:59 am ARGGH! Not more CGI. And WTF? No Kevin Conroy? Damn it man! I REALLY f'n miss Batman: TAS!!!
February 27, 2012 6:51 pm The picture looks a little hokey, BUT if it is Damian, I'm down!!!
February 9, 2012 5:21 pm Really?!? really.....They jerked you followers around for 10 years before putting Clark in the costume...THEN gave you shitty CGI that looked like some high school kids had put it together for a class project after you waited SOOOO long to see him don the cape. And ended it...NOW, the only way you're going to see him as Superman is in a comic? That's SUPER LAME! I wanted to see this in LIVE ACTION! This is why I refused to watch this show in the first 7 seasons. And, as a dumb ass that I am, I'll read this book simply because Miller is writing again.....
January 7, 2012 4:15 pm More origin retelling bullsh!t.....running out of stories, DC? $3.99 wasted again.
December 26, 2011 2:20 pm My loving girlfriend went to the comic shop and bought all the books that I had in my pull list. Almost two weeks worth of books! I'm gonna have to marry this girl.
November 6, 2011 3:11 pm One word.....BORRRIINNGGG!!!!
October 14, 2011 12:11 am I enjoyed this A LOT more than Action #1. Sux that George Perez won't be doing it after the next few issues.
September 23, 2011 5:16 am It wasn't bad. I think Tony Daniel's story in Detective was a little better, and Synder's Swamp Thing was a bit better too. But I didn't dislike it. I'm very interested in the story arc. I didn't care for the art. I agree with the poster above me. All the characters looked the same, and when the whole Wayne Family was in the same frame, it's hard to believe that Dick and Tim are so small. The art looked more like it was a mix of Batman: TAS and The Batman cartoons. I also gave it 4 stars because of the art.
September 12, 2011 8:02 am By the way....it's total B.S that this book didn't get a higher rating! I gave it 4 stars.
September 12, 2011 8:01 am I've been bashing these new 52 books except for (so far) Detective, Batgirl, and Swamp Thing. And now I have another to add to that list. Hawk & Dove! While I lost ALL respect for Rob Liefeld 20 years ago.....Sterling Gates brought the story! I just got kind of interested in H&D back in Brightest Day, I LOVED what Gates brought to Kid Flash in Flashpoint, so this was a no brainer. Though I'm not sure if I will add this to my hold box, I think I will pick up the next couple of issues and see how this story arc pans out. If it continues to be good, I'll add it to my box!
