February 3, 2012 3:24 pm The deeper issue is Land's continual use of photo referencing from various and dubious source material, leading to inconsistency in how his characters look. This is in comparison to his earlier work, which didn't have this problem. That's why people don't like him. Then it became popular to not like him, and it went from there. Me? I don't like or like it. Not my thing.
