Name: Jon James

Bio: I'm currently a UK student who started reading comics when I was 13 with the Batman: Hush story, I also hope to write comics as a career some day but until then I'm quite content to be a mediocre Graphic Design student. I do all this in my spare time when I'm not off being the Green Lantern of sector 2814.I'm also in love with Power Girl and will marry her someday.

March 1, 2012 1:47 pm My main issue with the Avengers theory is that I'm not sure why he'd leave Ultimates for it. Hickman's talked in the past how much he loved the Ultimates and he was doing a great job on the book. I can't see why he'd leave that to go do a similar team book and one where he probably wouldn't have the same creative freedom. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure he'd do a fantastic job but it'd seem to me like Bendis leaving Ultimate Spider-Man to go work on Amazing instead.
February 1, 2012 2:24 pm My first thought when I saw the picture that accompanied the article was "Hey, that kinda reminds me of Prophet." So the opening sentence was a nice surprise.
December 15, 2011 9:48 am Yeah, this issue was great. I'm not sure it was as good as the last issue but this is turning into a solid little horror story.
    November 18, 2011 11:41 am I can't wait for this.
November 17, 2011 3:50 pm This was the issue that got me... I've enjoyed all the previous episodes, but it was this issue (specifically the diner scene) that made me think "Well, there goes my hope of sleeping tonight."
October 20, 2011 12:30 pm Geoff Johns is really channeling his inner Bendis in this book. Not that that's a bad thing.

I'm quite pleased with this development...

March 17, 2011 5:51 pm Well that sucks. I'm kinda in two minds about the film now, because Aronofsky was a huge plus for me. So his leaving kinda makes me less interested. Yet on the other hand Jackman as Wolvie, McQuarrie's script and based on the Claremont/Miller miniseries...

There's a lot still to be liked.
February 14, 2011 11:03 am I hope he's read Chaykin's Magneto story recently released... It's just not Mags otherwise.
