April 23, 2013 1:36 am Solid article but I'd have to disagree with one thing : the tie-ins not being detrimental to the story. While I love that there are only a few, the Wolverine & the X-Men tie had the most significant moment in the story so far so it's definitely not a skip tie in, and Superior Spider-Man gave us a great perspective from Doc Ock's mind we weren't getting from the Spidey in the main event and I found that cool cause its not Peter Parker in Age of Ultron. Then the AA tie in shows us how Black Widow and Moon Knight got together and they are who the whole story starts off with. It's definitely not event fatigue and love its subtlety marketed execution as well as the story which to me has tie ins before it happened. Moon Knight was predicting Ultron two years ago in Bendis' run and Uncanny Avengers has Kang with the Ultron twins that relate to Archangel & Apocalypse in issue 5 but the Uncanny Avengers UofA tie in with Kang isn't until issue 8 and 6 has Thor battling Apocalypse in the past. Ultrons fighting them from the future using a time placed Vision as a catalyst but behind him (and this is my theory) is Kang a time traveler who mentions in Uncanny Avengers 5 that his plan will take patience and time time and that fortunately he's a master of both. Then the time gem is missing in New Avengers 2, Infinity with Thanos is coming so my ultimate theory here is UofA is leading into Infinity (Kang,time,ripples, butterfly effect) and behind Ultron & Apocalypse is Kang but behind Kang is Thanos. Moon Knight is an A lister!!! Lol! Love it

April 22, 2013 12:58 am I liked the darker Dexter Soy art when this series started, especially when her folding plated mask comes on. I love the abstract "euro" style like Andrade has here as well, and I also liked her Mohawk euro-mullet dew. I think drawn right it didn't look like a mullet but a modern, original look for a character that needed one which made her stand out amongst other female Supes. I hope they keep the mask and find a way to incorporate the hair without going too mullet.

It looks amazing and full of heart and if you can't see past the finding his place in the world (as if that's not a big deal for him, not the same as a normal person finding they're place) then you need to take another look at what your favorite character is about. Everyone above me said all the same thoughts I'd point out as well so that's that. What a buzzkill you must be to know, Amy Adams, like she'll make or break the Superman movie,lol. Michael Shannon is a helluva an actor too if your going down that road but probably didn't know that since you just pointed her out. Looks awesome, your gonna love it!!! Now put on your underroo's and read Superman Birthright again.

April 20, 2013 11:07 pm I love Patton Oswalt and just watched the clip for the 1st time, holy midiclorians, his filibuster rant is too much and you know he knows this stuff. I didn't know it was live so when he said "I literally have no fluid in my mouth, can we please cut" I loved it that much more. Talking about 1st & 2nd tier Marvel characters was the kicker for me as well. And it's mega nerdy but I always said since Lucas went back and remastered the original trilogy & added original digital footage, why couldn't he make fanboy gasms everywhere and digitally have Boba Fetts jet pack kick on & just show him blast a Saarlaks tentacle off his leg and fly out ? He even added to the Saarlack but not that, is that too much too ask LUCAS!!! Geezus!!!

April 20, 2013 10:45 pm Moon Knight being on this poster of many big movie/comic events was an inside joke amongst comic fans I thought but he is in Age of Ultron after collecting Ultron Heads a cpl years ago in Bendis & Maleev's run and maybe they have bigger plans for him I'm not aware of yet...like a movie?

I doubt the people working on them effects and costumes even read or seen the brief history FF's white n black costumes have, good chance they haven't anyway but also just as good they would've. But my question to you is do you think those FF costumes were ripped off of the many different futuristic white costumes in movies, video games and other comix that've come before?

April 19, 2013 1:52 am She was one of the only reasons I read the new JLA and would've rather seen her in Earth-2. They need a Starman over there soon and hopefully they on next her to that somehow cause they haven't explained hers or many characters histories in the New52. If they're all retconned she can easily be from Earth-2.
