February 6, 2012 11:55 am I had predicted a significant increase in sales by 2013. Come on comics! You have a year to make me look good.
January 30, 2012 9:31 am We've also had problems figuring out how to catalog this character in our database. Do you log him in as a team or a character? Is Mob Rules alias Manuel Lago. Anyway, that's quite a specific and precise concern.

January 28, 2012 10:40 am Yup, this book does re-read differently.
January 27, 2012 8:19 pm I'm of this opinion. This is art as script.
January 27, 2012 12:34 pm Brian revealed to me in an interview that he has been writing for 15 years, it's just no one "knows" it. it's less of dramatic transition that we might assume. I personally disagree that the story is less than stunning. I'd say 3 out of 5 issues had brilliant scripts. Issues 4 and 5 were a bit weaker but not short of good. I'd give the arc overall an 80%. We're talking about a very involved plot containing a brand new villain with a complex back story, plus a love triangle, plus Barry's new powers, plus a bit of an intro to the Rogues, plus a few other things. The fact that all of that is delivered in an accessible manner, reads swiftly and remains buoyant throughout is an accomplishment. I find little fault in this arc. And the faults I do find are really not anything more than details. Compared to the monumental fun I'm having while reading this book, my criticisms begin to seem rather nitpicky.
