I wholeheartedly agree with your sentiments concerning the Runaways. The post-BKV issues have also been good, though.

The Best of the Week in... Covers (09/30/09)

On Oct 1, 2009 9:00 AM

Those are nice. The Astro City cover had me thinking it was actually some strange magazine. My vote for the week's best cover goes to the variant edition of Hulk 15. Red Hulk throwing X-Force-Wolverine at Punisher, guns blazing. You just can't go wrong with that!

09.23.2009 - Fantastic Four #571

On Sep 24, 2009 3:18 AM

The December issue of FF apparently has Neil Edwards on pencils. After having grown to like Eaglesham's art, I was hoping for a lengthy run from the current creative team. I apologize if this was mentioned in the review. I haven't received the issue yet.

Moore Takes a Step Too Far

On Sep 24, 2009 3:00 AM

This from Alan Moore, the guy who virtually never created any characters for his most successful books? I once thought him overrated, but now I see him as an overrated AND hypocritical ass.

09.20.2009 - Episode #202 - Vengeance of The Moon Knight #1

On Sep 20, 2009 1:29 AM

I found Philip Tan's art to be quite good. I liked it about as much as I did the last guy's. Forgive me for not being blown away enough by his art/reputation to actually remember his name. Batman and Robin is still a good looking book, in my opinion.
