Name: Francisco Rosa

Bio: Been reading comics 30+ years.  Living in Montreal Quebec, I've been exposed to both North American comics and it's French equivalent (from QC, France & Belgium), so I like to think I'm fairly diverse in my tastes toward the artform.I dabbled in comics writing, art and publishing during the 1990s with my Scarlet Rose Productions company but discovered after 5 years that I was much better in the wine trade.  So I now spend most of my time tasting, reviewing and selling Bacchus' favorite drink.I also served 3 years as a Judge and advisor for the Joe Shuster Awards, the Canadian comics awards which brings the work of canuck creators to public attention.

July 3, 2013 9:14 am Can't say I'm happy about the price increase, but as long as the stories are at least 22 pages I'll probably give all of these titles a shot. This is what I wanted to see Image Comics be when they first started 20 some years ago: a place where creator owned books reign (and not just from Image founders).
July 3, 2013 9:00 am Wow. Never thought I'd see Remender working at Image again what with him being a friend of Tony Moore. Guess we can thank Ron for smoothing things over there.
June 5, 2013 8:57 am Not only was DC using '90s Marvel "talent" but now gimmick covers and $4 multiple issues of the same series in the same month?!?! That's it, I'm done. To think I was picking up upwards of 40 titles when The New 52 started. Bye, bye DC.
May 28, 2013 10:30 am This comic book is pretty much just a TV pitch so it'll eventually get made. Guess we'll see if lighting strikes twice for Kirkman.
April 18, 2013 10:14 pm The Dark Knight Strikes again was the beginning of the end. Holy terror! was the nail in the coffin.
March 25, 2013 7:36 pm Jerry Ordway can't get work and Tom DeFalco can? I guess it's all up to who you know in the industry.
January 14, 2013 3:22 pm With Paul Cornell back at Marvel, it was only a matter of time before Saucer Country was cancelled. While it didn't really live up to the hype, it was still an interesting read.
December 27, 2012 9:07 pm Wonder what tony Harris thinks of these pics? Oh, come on. I'm just surprised no one else had made this joke yet ;)
