Anyone annoyed at the lack of a video show this week... listen to how wrecked these guys sound. I almost prefer these kinda shows, it's like listening to people talking the morning a reeeeaally heavy party.
Great show. And Phonogram is awesome.
I like Reynolds for this. He's a solid actor/star, and Campbell's a solid director. As Paul said, it's all down to the script now.
I also liked Cooper, but there's no reason he can't show up in a role more suited to him. Guy Gardner, maybe?...
Seriously, a fight broke out over Phonogram? If there's one thing iFanboy has set the precedent for over the last few years, it's that comics can tell all kinds of stories. You may not always agree, but isn't that the point? To talk about all comic books?
I love Phonogram, and I only found it through iFanboy. If you don't like it, that's cool. Just don't rag on the guys for liking it. It's their pick.
And it's not about music, it's about people in a specific environment. Can someone enjoy Scott Pilgrim if they don't play video games? Or like Captain America if they're not American?
Of course they can. It's not about the setting, it's about the characters.
When did the term "niche" become a bad word?
Anyone seen 'Short Cuts'?
@Champ - Had you heard of Chris Nolan before Memento? Me neither. Let's give the guy a chance.
Brolin looks great; I'm assuming they'll animate that lip wound in close-up dialogue scenes to make it extra gooey.
Can I be the one who declares Megan Fox not attractive in these shots? She's pretty as hell, but a waist that small is disturbing, ugly even. Makes me think of an eating disorder.
Only Angel for me (apart from a handful of titles I've switched to trade on most things).
BQ: Turn them in, without a doubt. Dammit Jim, I'm a doctor not an accomplice!
