December 9, 2011 9:23 pm I liked the mention of Wertham earlier quite a bit. Pantheons are rarely made up of just 'good' gods. You need villains, or gods of death and darkness as well. Wertham would be a great death god. He tried to kill comics!

November 28, 2011 9:10 pm Amazing episode. I made some horrid noise like.. nooo...gurgle.... when Sofia came out of the barn. Can we all agree that knowing what happened in the comics means nothing anymore? This is all new ground.

October 17, 2011 10:58 pm If you don't know anything about Atomic Robo and are curious as to whether or not you might like to read it, know this - there is a story arc where Robo convinces Karl Sagan to help him and together they fight Cuthulu monsters. Yes, it really is that awesome.

RECAP: ‘The Walking Dead’ – S02E01 – “What Lies Ahead”
October 17, 2011 10:54 pm I see a lot of comments about spoilers. I think the show has deviated so far from the comics that any talk of spoilers is irrelevant. No one can say what's going to happen on the tv show with certainty. If you watched the clip for episode 2 in Talking Dead after the premier it's clear that there is other stuff going on. I didn't recognize that chase scene at all. Kirkman himself said in his interview that he was enjoying putting new stuff in for fans of the comic. So, at this point I'm going to try and stop guessing and just enjoy it.
