January 2, 2012 2:35 pm WHO ARE THEY?
Gah, that mystery still boggles my mind.
I half think Snyder is planning a kids book staring those two guys and is doing some really bizarre marketing for it.

What Was Your Favorite Single Issue of 2011?
January 2, 2012 2:10 pm Cobra #7
It was one of those books that just really had me from the get-go, but seeing 6 issues of stories all come to such a forceful impact in such a tight fit, was edifying in a way that I just couldn't help but love the book all the more.
Cobra is definitely my favourite book of 2011, and the biggest surprise.

November 18, 2011 1:18 pm Leave it to Amanda Conner to make anyone look classy.
Even a brat in Lingerie that Victoria's Secret would find too outlandish, and that 'Trashy' would find a bit on the nose.

DC Histories: Guy Gardner
November 16, 2011 10:27 pm I dunno why, but now I'm kinda itching for the Corpse to return in some fashion. Would be interesting since they had an Indigo tint to their costumes.
I loved that short story line. Keith Champagne's always been an under-rated and under-used talent to me.
Plus, I just liked Guy as a special opps agent.

REVIEW: Holy Terror
November 4, 2011 10:57 pm I was kinda hoping Miller would make the bad guy at the end look like Grant Morrison because of that horrible thrashing Morrison gave Miller about this concept a few years ago. That and I always like seeing Grant Morrison within the pages of a comic book.

November 3, 2011 8:50 pm Started mine recently by buying Kamen Rider Skull Crystal.
Ended up costing $100.
So totally worth it.

Comic Fans and the Conundrum of General Interest
November 3, 2011 8:49 pm Good to see there are a few folks who love the "Karate Bug-Men".
And I agree Marceline, most folks who love Superheroes would love Kamen Rider and Sentai. Unlike most Japanese 'hero' affairs, they're not bogged with the moral ambiguity.
I'd throw Kamen Rider W or Kamen Rider Hibiki to anyone who likes Spiderman or Superman or Batman.
(Although, my favourite Kamen Rider, Kiva, I almost feel like I'm the only one who likes it...)
