This issue was very good, but not very much happened. What makes this issue good is that Bucky is frustrated that he cannot catch up with Novokov and he’s been a step or two behind him this entire arc and the reader is also beginning to get frustrated because there’s nothing going on but alot of conversation between Winter Soldier and Hawkeye. When there is a fight in the middle of this issue you feel a little better because, as Winter Soldier says, “I’m just glad to punch something.” Butch Guice continues to do a good job on art and his panel layouts get interesting on a few pages.
