Luke Ross is, a few odd body and faces aside, a capable if unspectacular fill in for Ribic. Hickman's story continues twisting and turning through the war of the Children, the People and the United States. The S.H.I.E.L.D. coup story ends the status quo that I quite liked of Fury and the Ultimates being in charge. Worse, it seems like yet another return to the well worn story of "Ultimate Director Fury is turfed out of power." Like every other issue, this is a solid, well put together book, where the story advances and we are given a satisfying chapter with a cliffhanger that makes this the most eagerly anticipated book on my pull list.
