While looking for something new on the stands, I came across To Hell You Ride #1. Admiring the cover and curious by the title, I decided to give it a try..Talk about rolling the dice and coming up a winner!
To Hell You Ride #1 was an excellent read that has me excited for the next issue.
Lance Henriksen and Joseph Maddrey’s narration does an outstanding job setting up this mystical revenge story based on the violation of a Native American sacred burial ground and one man’s journey to understand his place in it all.
The story is well conceived and engaging.
The art by Tom Mandrake brings this supernatural tale to life with its textured world and haunting imagery.
This first issue almost fell below my radar and I am so glad I picked it up. The perfect mix of the supernatural, mystery and horror makes this a must read!

Story: 5 - Excellent

  1. The fact that Lance Henriksen was writing this instantly sold me on the concept, but unfortunately my LCS didn’t order enough copies (if they ordered any at all).
