This issue of Thunderbolts  is one of the type of cross over I do not mind for my monthly title. There is some development of the characters, which help a reader such as myself whom hasn't been really following these characters. As a person new to the Thunderbolts because of Jeff Parker taking over the title, gave a little story into the atmosphere and mood in the Raft. For instance, Juggernaut tries to escape at his first opportunity. In this issue Juggernaut leads some convicts to a trap, but it brings into question whether he is still testing for his escape.

 The panels and placing in this title gave me as a reader my fix of some good comic action. The panel design for the action at the base is are a great couple of pages.
