Just to get this out the way, there have been very few artists on this book that have been able to draw a good Hulk. Dalibor Talajic does fine, but the two color artists kinda dulled it a bit. In the last two pages it looks completely different. I feel this book hasn’t been 100% awesomeness that it could be. Jason Aaron’s script has been great in all the issues, except for the one with Punisher in my opinion, but the numerous pencilers and color artists have really been the main let down for some issues. This issue was fun and not because of Hulk’s actions, but because of Kraven the Hunter. He has a bear trap launcher! It’s awesome stuff like this that makes me hope eventually we’ll see him in a Spider-Man movie. It also made me think that Kraven needs a more powerful nemesis. In this issue he shoots Hulk in the face with a bear trap gun and traps him within numerous adamantium fish hooks. We probably wouldn’t see him do that to Spider-Man. I thought the inclusion of Sasquatches was also fun. All this book needs is a great consistent artist and this book wouldn’t be so annoying.

  1. I wanted to like this book and tried issues 1-3 then the 7.1-8 issue but dropped it.

I love the concept for this arc and I’m tempted to go pick up issues 9-11

    Thanks for the review.
