I will read anything Francis Manapul draws. The art in this issue is gorgeous, and the story has me invested, which is no mean feat for a Flash story about The Speed Force that will involve yet another character I’ve never heard of whose power seems to involve moving fast.

A good Flash story is all about the pacing and the layouts, and this issue is flawless at both.
