I got the last issue of the TMNT mini series as well as this one on the same day and I read the one with Raphael first which was good. Then I read this issue and though it was an okay story I couldn't get past the really bad art. A gang of thieves are supposed to think that Mikey is their tech guy, Carl, in a costume and I think that's what Andy Kuhn went for when he drew Michelangelo. He looks like someone is wearing a cheap Michelangelo costume. He's too muscular compared to what I'm used to in the main ninja turtles book. Also the facial expressions Mikey makes are a little scary, especially when he smiles. Kuhn draws people just fine so I don't know how he preps to draw Mikey. Really this is a good story of Mikey trying to figure out how to keep a group of robbers from harming a meusem full of partiers without stealing an emerald gem, but with the main character of the story being hard to look at, this issue would be hard to recommend to others to read.
