Wow.
I was talking with a friend a few days ago about how this book could possibly conclude in one issue. Sure, we could see an end to either the hero or the villain, but then you’re left with the sword, and more dangling threads than in any other Luna Brothers’ book. Neither of us could come up with any satisfactory conclusions.
Luckily, neither of us are writing The Sword. This was a better more complete story than I ever imagined. And it’s making it really difficult for me to decide on a pick of the week. If you haven’t been reading this in issues, please, do yourself a favor and pick up the trades. This was an amazing story.

@amircat I started DCBS bi-monthy shipping this month. So I won’t be getting my books until tomorrow, but undoubtedly, this will be a difficult week for POTW. Can’t wait to read ’em.
Good review. I was surprised at how well the closure to the series was handled and yet they kind of left the last scene to be interpreted by the reader. That’s called good writing. This was definitely my POTW.
