  1. Keep in mind this is the Marvel Universe. In the wake of Osborn tensions between the US and UK would be a bit strained to say the least. And as far as the corporate angle, if this company were a "think tank" and a subsidiary of a ROXXON or such it might be independent of it’s marketing and distribution due to angles with the F.D.A. and other "policing" agencies. This is a fictional world where guys swing hammers and claim to be goda and stuff, our rules don’t always apply.

I can’t fault Brubaker on that stuff because I am visiting his world here. I do know Steve Rogers is astonishingly effective under his pen. Eaglesham is doing work here and in FF that IMO is the best stuff Marvel has unleashed in years.

I hope I have said something that will allow you to reread this and enjoy it a bit more.

  2. Intelligence agencies do not share all information with each other, even among allies. And not everyone within an intelligence agency is authorized to share information with foreign agents, even among allies.

  3. Yeah,Dale Eaglesham does draw a paticuraly awesome Cap…. Or Steve I guess.
