SEIGE Embedded #2 was the best issue I read this week, hands down, for all the right reasons: I laughed when I was supposed to, I got angry when I was supposed to and I even forgot I was reading a comic. This issue was so good, it felt more like a movie, I could literally hear the character’s voices in this one. Brian Reed is something else. I’ll tell ya, if anything else, Loeb could take a page from this man’s book because he’s going places I assure* you. And even if he wasn’t, I wish this event was ongoing just so I could have more SEIGE Embedded. Ironically, I never felt like I got my money’s worth on an event tie-in book before this one. It’s a shame too, because if Seige #2 had come out last week, it might have been my pick of the week but instead it got overshadowed by a very well written masterpiece.

Man Brian Reed makes Urich’s life so interesting (fantastical events nonwithstanding) I actually want to become a journalist now.
