I love the idea of this book, Osborn using the media to control the public perception of his actions and Ben trying to expose the truth, but the execution is weak at best. The art is effective but the artist isn’t given a lot to play with because of the way the story is structured. I know this story shouldn’t have tons of action but when I was finished reading this issue, I felt that it wasn’t worth the price of admission. There was no excitement or fun to be had and the story is easily forgotten.
