Absolute goofball ridiculousness.  And it was awesome.  I think that the industry doesn’t do enough comics that are just goofy and fun.  This book is absolutely one of the dumbest things I’ve read in a long, long time.  But it’s heart is in the right place, and you feel the campiness ooze off of the page.  If you’re into that sort of aesthetic, as I am, you will totally dig what’s going on in these pages.  Of the two stories, I felt that Howard’s (Sea Bear) was the strongest only because his art looked much sharper and I liked the sci-fi twist that his story took.  The weakest part about it was the incredibly abrupt ending, but he only had so much room.  Ottley’s story was great, as it featured a camping trip gone awry with some really quirky (and redneck) characters.  Ottley’s art was definitely done more loosely than his work on Invincible, taking on a completely different look with exaggerated lines and cartooning. (which means it was just…ok).  Both men prove to be demented bastards as their victims are more gruesomely killed than the last, but it is all in good fun and is the icing on the cake to this dastardly good time.

Story: 4 - Very Good
Art: 3 - Good
