First off let me say that i didn’t really understand what was happening with this book. It may be due to the fact that i didn’t read the first mini but that’s not the point. The art was great, and even though i didn’t know what was happening it the book was good. I bought this at on the advice of Ron and i thought id give it a whirl. I don’t know much about the indie/pop scene and thought this may open some musical avenues, so even if i didn’t know any of the bands mentioned ill at least take a listen to them, so in that regard the book worked. While main know the main character was written to be a ditzy blonde and in some situations it works it just made me uninterested in her as a character. Ill see how many books im getting when it comes out again to see if ill pick it up. Last thing, i think its a good that people are out there using comics as a medium for more then just superheroes.
