Holy shit!!  That is the best issue of Outsiders since they did the R.I.P. tie ins last year.  I don’t have any damn idea about what happened in the previous arc, and it doesn’t matter.  This arc is about the fallout from Arkham’s destruction.  These criminal’s that Black Mask has out there running around have to be brought back in.  Batman & Robin are too busy with everything else going on in the madhouse otherwise known as Gotham City so the Outsiders are going to have to do some damn work around there too, and that’s all you need to know.  I love it.

You don’t even have to know anything about the Outsiders other than that Alfred is the boss.  I’m guessing he is signing the checks?  Anybody who has been reading Batman comics long enough to know who Clayface, Killer Croc, and Mr. Freeze are can enjoy this issue. 

There is not much else I can say without spoiling.  Outsiders #21 isn’t my pick of the week or anything, but it sure was more interesting then I would’ve expected from this title.

To make a long story short: when Outsiders issues are Batman/Gotham related, I’ll spend the $2.99.  If its on some other crap about Insiders or whatever, I wouldn’t read it if you paid me. 

Smart move bringing things back the Batman direction.
