Over 18 issues, this has been the most consistently enjoyable comic I've been reading, bar none. I'd recommend it to anybody who likes fun, well-paced, character-driven storytelling. I'd particularly recommend it to anybody who likes X-Men characters, and this issue, especially, to anybody who enjoys or has enjoyed Peter David's writing on X-Factor. PAD's run on the book has been largely guest-star driven, and that suits his writing style to a T. The guest star here is Jamie Madrox, who's running down one of his missing duplicates. He joins the series' regular characters, Wolverine and Kitty, on the search. It's nothing earth-shattering, but it's good fun that highlights PAD's strengths as a writer. The artist is new to the series; I like the more grown-up look for Kitty, and he does a particularly nice job with Madrox.

Covers by Skottie Young, and I still missed it? My store must put these somewhere inconspicuous.
