When I was a kid, I went through a stage in my life where I wanted to be a Viking. Ride cool ships, travel to new lands, have big beards and mustaches, wield big axes. Had I read this read, I would have been happy living in Sunnyvale and going out for tapioca drinks. Man, what gruesome life! This was a cool arc and interestingly enough did not involve the Plague Widow that much.

Me thinks the Plague Widow is a name for the state they are in and not the characters.
