I forsee this issue having more impact later on than right now.  First of all Jessica Jones put her old Jewel costume on and fought alongside the Avengers.  Also this was an all girls lineup, which is very rare if not a first for the Avengers (I keep thinking its happened before but not much).  Clearly Bendis is finally taking his creation and going to the front of the Marvel U with her.  Also Clint finally started acting like Hawkeye.  Cocky and not afraid of the consequences.  I liked how his mind torture mad him face his past and his death.  Finally Steve is back!  And he called Clint Hawkeye, that might be the most important factor to saying goodbye to Ronin.  Mayhew's art was pretty just not comic book pretty.  However unlike Greg Land, I can't tell who the models are nor do all of the ladies look like porn stars (which is impressive that as for once Ms Marvel's boobs were not bigger than her head)
