This issue, while being okay, was very dissappointing. This is because its the end of one of my favorite comic book series’ of all time. Moon Knight #30 was a decent issue that finished off the weakest story arc of the series. It would have been much better if there had been no annoying side characters like the mexican wrestlers, and if they would have handled the Punisher better than they did. Also, throughout the entire story arc, it just seemed as if the Punisher was in the story so that Marvel could put him on the cover and sell more issues. What made this arc really fall short was that there were no appearances or side stories of Frenchie, Marlene, or Rob. Mike Benson (and Charlie Huston for the early issues) was at his best when dealing with the side characters, and showing how Marc Spector interacted with them. One thing I did appreciate about this arc was the art. Palo did a great job with Moon Knight. Its not quite as good as David Finch’s, but better than Mark Texeira’s. I wish Marvel could have continued this series, and got Moon Knight back to his roots, because he would have been a great read when mixed into the Dark Reign titles.

Story: 3 - Good
Art: 4 - Very Good
