This really jumped around using some deus ex machina, which I’m willing to look past. I love all the characters, but this just sucked. Nice try, but I don’t need a whole book where all characters mention they’re just variations on a theme. I know Carnage is the original Venom reimagined for the “EXTREME” 90’s. I know Scarlet Spider is a way of putting another Spider-Man book out. I know the current Venom is 50% of both. They’re all being pulled off well because I’m not reminded of that constantly in their other appearances. These characters don’t have enough history to make a crossover of this magnitude (it’s own additional books) workable.

Story: 3 - Good
Art: 4 - Very Good
