This comic was a lot of fun. The characters were instantly recognisable and yet different from how we know them. Hal is totally up himself, or brimming with self confidence if you want to be nice about it. Batman is still the dark character of the piece but he has a hint of playfulness about him that is delicious.

This is a tremendous first issue.
