Jonah Hex: No Way Back is a perfect story for any Western fan regardless of whether or not they are already reading the regular Jonah Hex series or what level of familiarity they have with Hex. Longtime Jonah Hex readers will love Palmiotti, Gray and Jonah Hex co-creator Tony DeZuniga’s depiction of the bloody final confrontation between Hex and longtime enemy El Papagayo and the twist of Hex discovering he has a half-brother, but new readers won’t be left out as the story stands on its own incredibly well.
