Good:

+ This is a tie in to Iron Man 2 which I can not wait for.  I like that they are putting out a book that will give a slight introduction to the movie and establish the Whiplash that will be in the movie into the 616 continuity.

+ There seems to be the basis for a good mini here.  I am interested to see who has framed Tony and why it was done.  Also looking forward to seeing what the new Whiplash is like.

Bad:

- This issue goes by very quickly and is a little rushed.  I am guessing Guggenheim is hoping to get the villaing orgins and other basics out of the way quickly to allow for more action and plot development, or so I hope.

- Nothing special about the art in this issue.  Tony looks weird to me for some reason....kinda looks like Gomez Adams.....which is weird.
